Yup, I’m talking 2021!

I can’t believe I’m really thinking about and planning for 2021... honestly it feels like the year has flown by but then again not really - It’s hard for me to put in words. However, 2021 is upon us and the planner in me is excited to set my goals, intentions, and start thinking about my vision board.

I like to review and sit in everything I wrote down for the current year. I check off, adjust, modify, and even keep working on some goals. Knowing that I spent majority of this year in disbelief, grieving life as I knew it, alone, afraid, anxious and battling insomnia; I was excited when I looked up and realized my 2020 vision board wasn’t a complete wash. I was ready to toss it once the pandemic extended through the summer. I had decided that I was ok with just existing and focusing on whatever joy I could find. This statement is still very true! I’m committed to being compassionate with myself, allowing space to just be, focus on wellness, no added stress and enjoying the wins, big or small. Doing all this while also allowing space to be intentional about my wants, desires, and goals for the new year. Ultimately navigating to find a balance that will work best for me. Here’s a something I’ve been telling myself. Feel free to use and share:

feel good.

Making it this far, in a year like this, is an accomplishment in itself! Congratulations you did it!! Celebrate that and celebrate you!!
